01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the phpasay online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through phpasay.one (the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

By creating a phpasay account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. Your continued use of the phpasay Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by phpasay or any relevant regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of phpasay, or an immediate family member of any such person.

phpasay reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of phpasay services, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) phpasay account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpasay login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phpasay immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phpasay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

• Do not share your phpasay login credentials with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password for your phpasay account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared devices.
• phpasay will never contact you to request your password via any channel.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

phpasay supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of Philippine payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your phpasay account are available for wagering purposes only. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. phpasay does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phpasay reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full.
• phpasay reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of verification procedures.
• Funds that have been deposited but not wagered may be subject to an administrative processing fee upon withdrawal, at phpasay's discretion.

phpasay processes most GCash withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes of approval. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the receiving institution and may take up to three (3) banking days.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

phpasay offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are communicated at the time each bonus or promotion is offered.

General bonus terms applicable across all phpasay promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are credited to your phpasay account automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• phpasay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, arbitrage, or collusion will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• phpasay reserves the right to refuse, reclaim, or cancel any bonus at its sole discretion if it determines that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the phpasay Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

phpasay uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game environment.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on phpasay's servers, the result recorded on phpasay's servers shall be the definitive and binding result. phpasay's decision on all game outcomes is final and binding.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpasay Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one phpasay account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any phpasay game or system.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any phpasay software or system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phpasay staff, support agents, or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the phpasay Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of phpasay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phpasay Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phpasay content without prior written authorization from phpasay.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpasay and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phpasay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpasay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phpasay does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10 Responsible Gaming

phpasay is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the Platform. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered phpasay players through their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phpasay account.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

phpasay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if phpasay reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You are under the age of 21.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to phpasay, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.

Upon termination of your account for cause, phpasay reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including both real money and bonus funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may also request the closure of your phpasay account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12 Amendments to These Terms

phpasay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phpasay will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the phpasay Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising between you and phpasay in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to phpasay's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
